We don’t chase awards. We chase the right way to make tequila.
We grow our own single-estate Highland Blue Weber agave and harvest it using one of the rarest traditional techniques — practiced by only a handful of producers. Our jimadors aggressively shave the piña to remove as much as possible, delivering the purest agave for distillation. From there it’s slow fermentation, traditional methods, and zero additives. No shortcuts.
Our Añejo has now earned its 9th Consecutive Double Gold in a row at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, with the collection recently adding Double Platinum and Gold medals across expressions. From bright Blanco to rich Extra Añejo, every bottle reflects the same standard: pure agave, patient craftsmanship, and nothing else.
This is tequila for people who value consistency and character over hype.
