• Salad: Spicy Southwest salad (Roast corn tortilla strips, chip ranch & Avocado Aoli)
• Entree: Carne Assada- Seared Chipotle Flank or Skirt Skirt Steak topped with Black Sheep- Tequila infused Chimichurri over beans and rice
• Dessert: Tres leches
